Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans can change; however, sufficient notice allows the appointment to be offered to another client. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a £15 fee will apply. This charge relates to the original appointment time that was reserved for you. A rescheduled appointment will be booked separately at the applicable session fee. Missed Appointments / No-Show If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided prior notice, a £15 missed-appointment fee will apply. Where payment details have been provided through the booking system, you authorise Vive & Inspire to charge any applicable late cancellation, late rescheduling or missed-appointment fee to the payment method associated with your booking, where available. Exceptional Circumstances We recognise that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. In these situations, the fee may be waived at the Therapist’s discretion. If Vive & Inspire needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no charge will apply and you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund/transfer of any payment already made. Changes to Fees and Terms Vive & Inspire may review or change session prices, cancellation charges and booking terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future bookings from the stated effective date. Appointments already booked and paid for will remain subject to the price and terms accepted at the time of booking. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy and agree to any applicable charges described above.
